Decision Model: 5 C’s of marketing
In a nutshell, the 5 C’s of marketing is a situation analysis framework for helping you determine the strengths and weaknesses of your brand, relative to the field in which you operate.
Company
What defines you? What is your purpose? This entails the products, channels, personas, voice and brand.
Customer
Who are you selling to? Their needs, pains, wishes, wants and motivations.
Competitor
Who's standing in your way? Other companies' market share and value.
Collaborator
Who are you working with? Their shared vision and values.
Climate
What are the current business conditions? The whole ecosystem in which the company participates
Product Metrics: Measure Customer Satisfaction
These are the main KPIs to measure customer satisfaction
Net Promoter Score (NPS)
NPS measures whether current or former customers will recommend your products or services to others.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Consider how your customers feel when they reflect back upon their experience with your brand.
Brand Attributes
Does your ideal customer’s perception of your brand match the image you present?
Customer Retention
Customers making repeat purchases indicate quality performance.
Competitor Comparison
Although not necessarily a traditional KPI, analyzing how your company stacks up to competition is a crucial part of measuring your success.
Soft Skills: The 5-Hour Rule
The 5-Hour Rule Used by Bill Gates, Jack Ma and Elon Musk:
No matter how busy successful people are, they always spend at least an hour a day (thus five hours a week) learning or practising. And they do this across their entire career. Even if you can't commit to an hour or more of reading every day, start with 20 to 30 minutes.
Focusing on the past gives you a chance to learn from mistakes you've made, as well as assess what you did correctly.
Experiments show you what’s working. You can learn from your mistakes and obtain feedback from others.

Preparation Articles: Leader in the reskilling era
Here are the key take aways from Redefining the role of the leader in the reskilling era:
Leaders need to foster an environment of psychological safety among their workforce that is in the midst of re-skilling itself.
Leaders need to be transparent and help people in their organization understand where the world is heading in the next 3 to 5 years.
It is important to instil the workforce with the right mindset and to make sure that the leaders are putting human values at their core.
Failing as an adult is difficult, but is part of the unlearning process. We need to provide an atmosphere where people can tinker, learn, fail and grow

HR Questions: What makes you Angry?
When interviewers ask what makes you angry, they are trying to determine how you might react to stressful situations in the workplace, and how you might handle your personal emotions without letting them affect your performance.
Your answer should contain two essential components:
A description of the situation that angered you
A summary of how you processed the event and handled your anger
Answers that emphasize a measured, controlled response are the most effective.
Thank you!
I would suggest you follow the method of "make slight changes while practising". Also, I would like you to have a small group (2-5 members) who would keep the check on progress.
Feel free to drop me a mail for any suggestions or ideas!
