Decision Model: SWOT Analysis
Use SWOT Analysis to assess your organization's current position before you decide on any new strategy.
SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
Strengths are things that your organization does particularly well, or in a way that distinguishes you from your competitors.
Weaknesses, like strengths, are inherent features of your organization, so focus on your people, resources, systems, and procedures.
Opportunities are openings or chances for something positive to happen. They usually arise from situations outside your organization, and require an eye to what might happen in the future.
Threats include anything that can negatively affect your business from the outside, such as supply chain problems, shifts in market requirements, or a shortage of recruits.
Product Metrics: The Success of Virtual Event
There may be too many metrics that come into play while considering the success of a virtual event.
Event Registrations You can also segment the data with filters like demographics, age groups, and so on.
Event Engagement This can be achieved by using a virtual conference software and built-in features like gamification and contest module.
Attendee Retention To stay updated, tracking how many attendees are returning is important. It will give you an overview of how much your event resonated with your attendees.
Event survey and feedback Event survey and feedback The feedback is one of the best KPI to assess the success of your virtual event. Because it’s personalized and coming from actual experience.
Soft Skills: Get Things Done
Productivity means simplifying our work, getting it done in a faster, smarter and efficient way, with the idea of the saved time being used for doing things that we love.
Time log your work: Using a time-tracking app, log the work that you do and how much time it takes in the real world.
Outline your project goals: Have a clear vision for what you want to do. Having a vague idea of work makes you set long deadlines. Focus on what’s really important and add features later.
Prioritize the tasks: If we are not smart with the limited time we have and prioritize our tasks, we would not be able to complete projects on time.
Set a timeline: Have an actionable timeline that defines what will be done in a task, by whom and by when. Using insights from your time log you can allot time blocks to the tasks.

Preparation Articles: How to Memorize a Speech
Delivering a speech helps us to build our confidence and exude it at the same time. The paradox of memorizing speeches is that you need to memorize the speech without seeming like you did.
There are two ways you can write down your speech:
How you want to say it;
As an outline or a skeleton.
When you've written it down it's going to take more than several times to figure out what you're trying to say and this is the sculpting process where you edit, add, or delete parts of your speech to make it sound better.
The key to memorizing a speech is to memorize it hierarchically. You begin with the broad chunks, moving to specific paragraphs, phrases, up until the intonation and your timing with the words.
When starting with the chunks you simply write out the main points of the speech then cover them up and recall them.
Moving up to the small points you can expand your bullets to represent each idea with one or two key words and quiz yourself until you have it memorized.

HR Questions: Answering Are You a Team Player
Very few employees work in a vacuum. When an interviewer asks if you are a team player, they really want to know whether you can work with others and get along with them.
Don’t Say That You Prefer to Work Alone: Instead, find ways in which you excel at working with others.
Consider Relevance: Choose an example that's most relevant to the company you're interviewing with. Relaying outdated examples don't usually grab attention.
Add Value: Pick an experience that shows how you contributed to a team that achieved spectacular results. Select an example that demonstrates your added strengths.
Don’t Lie: If you prefer to work by yourself, rather focus on how your skills enable you to help the team succeed.
Thank you!
I would suggest you follow the method of "make slight changes while practising". Also, I would like you to have a small group (2-5 members) who would keep the check on progress.
